Things that can scratch them are just about everywhere, keys, knives, zipper pulls, buttons, pen nibs, and more.

③ Buffering: For mobile phones, the tempered glass film can play a role of buffering and shock absorption. If the fall is not serious, the tempered glass film will be broken, and the screen of the mobile phone will not be broken.

④ Ultra-thin design: The thickness is between 0.15-0.4mm. The thinner it is, the less it will affect the appearance of the phone. The ultra-thin glass is attached, as if it fits perfectly with your phone.

② AB glue: Its structure is based on high-permeability PET, one side is compounded with high-permeability silica gel, and the other side is compounded with OCA acrylic adhesive. The overall structure is high-permeability, and the transmittance can be higher than 92%.

③ Combination: The tempered glass is directly purchased from the glass manufacturer for the required finished products (design size, shape, requirements), and the AB glue OCA surface is used to bond the tempered glass. On the other side, the absorbent silica gel is used for the protection of the mobile phone.

2. Design considerations

① The mold adopts mirror knife imported from Japan, and the mold tolerance is ±0.1mm.

② The use environment is a thousand-level clean room production, the ambient temperature is 20-25 degrees, and the humidity is 80%-85%.

③ Pad knife foam requires a hardness of 35°-45°, a high density, and a resilience of more than 65%. The thickness of the foam is 0.2-0.8mm higher than the knife.

④ The machine chooses a single-seat flat-knife machine plus a compound machine plus a labeling machine.

⑤ Add a layer of 5 grams of PE protective film for protection and support during production.

⑥ Personnel operation is a single person operation.

3. Equipment selection

This production uses five kinds of equipment: compound machine, unwinding machine, 400 die-cutting machine, labeling machine and placement machine.

4. Compound

① Clean up the compound machine and die-cutting machine, and prepare molds, materials, mold-adjusting tools and other items.

② Check whether the compound machine, flat knife machine and labeling machine are normal.

③ First, use the accessories to take the material straight, then replace it with the PE protective film, straighten the adhesive side up, and then compound AB glue in the center.

④ Add a static elimination bar, an ion fan, and a humidifier to the compound machine.

⑤ Two or more people cannot start the machine at the same time to avoid industrial accidents.

5. Modulation

① Raise the mold base to confirm whether the mold can be put in. If it cannot be put in, continue to raise it until it can be easily put in.

② Wipe the machine template and mold, stick double-sided tape on the back of the mold, fix the mold parallel to the center of the mold base to balance the feeding, and then put foam on the mold.

③ Put the upper template and the mold on the machine, then put a transparent PC mold adjustment on the opposite side of the lower template, and add a layer of 0.03mm thick mold adjustment tape on the PC material. If there is a deep indentation, it can be removed. This part of the mold adjustment tape without a scraper.

④ Pressurize, die-cut once for every 0.1mm of pressure, to prevent the mold from bursting due to too much pressure at one time, until the AB glue has a cut, and then fine-tune it until it half penetrates the PE protective film.

⑤ Die-cut one or two mold products, first look at the overall effect, and then check the product knife marks. If a small part is too deep, use a utility knife to cut off the mold adjustment tape. If only a small part is continuous, use the mold adjustment tape to increase it, such as If you can't see the marks, you can put the carbon paper to make the knife marks first, so that the knife marks can be clearly seen, which is convenient for mold adjustment.

⑥ On the knife mark, pass the AB glue through the middle of the die base of the machine, align the die to straighten the material, and then die-cut to adjust the step distance, and then use the peeling knife to discharge and peel off the waste.

⑦ The labeling machine puts the label on the equipment, and adjusts the angle of the peeling knife and the infrared electric eye. Then, adjust the distance for the die-cut products, carry out die-cutting and labeling, and fit one or both sides according to the requirements. Finally, the products are sorted and placed neatly by hand.

6. Patch

① Place the AB glue manually on the plywood according to the position set before, turn on the suction switch to suck the AB glue and fix it, and then remove the light release film through the label.

② Then pick up the tempered glass, remove the PE protective film on both sides, fix it on the lower suction plate in a fixed position, and then turn on the suction switch to adsorb and fix the tempered glass.

③ Then activate the bonding switch to perform bonding.

④ Check whether the product has any defects such as air bubbles, dirt, and crooked stickers.

① The production process of AB glue is completely consistent with the production process of terminal protective film, and the management and control requirements are the same, and only one patch process is added to the terminal protective film;

② It must be produced in a clean room and controlled according to the management standards of the clean room;

③ Gloves must be worn during the whole operation to prevent product contamination;
